BL Practice Hub

BL Practice Hub is a Lagos- and Abuja-based digital law firm in transaction law and government relations. Their clients (MDAs, SMEs, investors, and individuals) still expected legal work to start with a phone call or a walk-in. The firm needed a site that could sell the practice and actually take work: explain the services, collect a real enquiry, and get a notarization request to a licensed practitioner.

The website had to carry both jobs: a calm, credible firm site, and a short product path for documents that people need done this week.

The marketing site is the front door: hero and practice areas, services for transactions, compliance, real estate, government relations, and tax, plus team and contact. Under that sits Notariza: document services (affidavits, powers of attorney, certifications, CAC filings), a Get Started intake with identity details (NIN, date of birth, purpose), and a handoff to the lawyers. Contact form submissions go out from the site.

Built in Next.js and TypeScript, with Tailwind and HeroUI for the UI, React Hook Form and Yup for validation, and Framer Motion for motion.

A law firm site has to feel like a chambers; a notarization product has to feel like software. Same brand, two different jobs. The intake collects sensitive identity data (NIN, date of birth, purpose), so the form has to be complete enough for a practitioner and short enough that people finish it.

Corporate clients and someone who just needs an affidavit share one site; the tone and the path had to work for both.
